Program Description

TOM Car Wash operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding service appointments, order updates, promotional offers, and other service-related information. By opting in to this program, you agree to receive text messages from TOM Car Wash.

You may receive the following types of messages:

• Transactional Messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, service completion notifications, and scheduling updates.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from TOM Car Wash by:

• Checking the SMS consent box on our online order form
• Providing written consent at our physical location
• Sending a text message with a designated keyword to our messaging number
• Verbal consent provided to our staff (documented in our system)

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use our services without opting in to SMS marketing messages.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
• Replying UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your removal. You will not receive any further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
