Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment for all services:

- Debit Cards: All major bank debit cards
- Cash: Accepted for in-person payments

Billing Policies
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
- For online bookings, a valid payment method is required to confirm your appointment.
- All prices displayed on our website are in USD (United States Dollars).
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will be honored at the price quoted at the time of booking.
- Sales tax will be applied to all services as required by Virginia state law.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.
- If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.

When you opt in to receive SMS notifications from TOM Car Wash, please note:
- Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
- Message frequency varies based on your service appointments and preferences.
- TOM Car Wash does not charge any additional fees for SMS messages.
- Carriers supported include all major U.S. wireless providers.
