Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and TOM Car Wash ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, services, and facilities located at 7548 Emerald Drive, Manassas, Virginia 20109.

By accessing our website, booking a service, or using our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Company Information

Services

TOM Car Wash provides professional car wash and auto detailing services. The specific services, pricing, and packages are described on our Services page and are subject to change without notice.

All services are performed at our discretion using professional-grade products and equipment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns or vehicle condition.

Appointments and Booking

• Appointments can be booked through our website, by email, or in person.
• Online bookings require a valid email address and phone number for confirmation.
• We recommend booking in advance, especially for detailing services.
• Walk-in customers are welcome for basic services, subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any prepaid amount.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will be honored at the price quoted at the time of booking.
• Applicable sales tax will be added to all services as required by Virginia state law.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards as forms of payment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will re-evaluate and, if necessary, re-perform the service at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions
• Damage caused by customer negligence after service
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues arising from the use of third-party products on the vehicle

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOM Car Wash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
• We recommend that customers remove all personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle before service.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
• Customers should inform our staff of any known sensitivities, allergies, or special conditions related to their vehicle.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to our SMS Terms and Conditions. These terms include:

• Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
• Message frequency varies based on services and preferences.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TOM Car Wash and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prince William County, Virginia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
