About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative at TOM Car Wash, you will be the friendly voice and helpful hand that our customers rely on. You will handle customer inquiries via email and phone, assist with service bookings, resolve concerns, and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience with our brand.

What You Will Do

Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a professional, friendly manner
Assist customers with service bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
Answer questions about our services, pricing, and policies
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system
Collaborate with the on-site team to coordinate service details
Provide feedback to help improve our customer experience

What We Are Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations
Positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Basic computer skills and comfort with email/phone systems
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
